Approved Plumbing Group provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to blocked drains and camera inspections, hot water units, drainage solutions, rainwater tanks and pumps, water filtration units, and bathroom renovations. All services are subject to availability and proper licensing requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit card, and bank transfer.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty. All work is backed by our commitment to quality and lasting results. Warranty terms may vary depending on the specific service provided and will be outlined in your service agreement.

5. Liability

Approved Plumbing Group carries full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services. Any claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms.
